Our Training

Training is essential in any workplace, especially when it comes to safety-based roles. Officers who receive training to gain competence and confidence in their job are more likely to make better decisions, leading to fewer incidents and greater risk mitigation. Our security officers go through an intense training regimen that strengthens their mental, physical and emotional preparedness. Our Armed Officers and Executive Protection Officers are required to complete courses, and continued education including:  

• active shooter,  
• bomb threats,  
• customer service,  
• firearms handling policy,  
• crisis intervention,  
• mental health awareness,  
• use of force policy,  
• legal specifics to protection, 
• de-escalation tactics, 
• and management of aggressive behavior
